**Join our family in this role**:
Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Manager and working closely with the Store Development and Property Team, the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will coordinate the preventative and reactive maintenance of all Baby Bunting stores and Store Support Centre ensuring they are well maintained and comply to standards.

Utilising your exceptional relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills your key responsibilities will be:

- Manage and handle all contacts from Baby Bunting stores and service providers for all facilities maintenance related queries and requests.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance processes and procedures are performed safely and in accordance with compliance regulations.
- Supporting the store network by coordinating all store maintenance requests and queries prioritising safety and business continuity.
- Ensure communication is provided to keep all parties updated on progress and status of repairs or maintenance.
- Manage and maintain Facilities Maintenance Workflow System.
- Build relationships with service providers.
- Assisting stores with emergency situations including fire, flood and storms ensuring business continuity quickly and safely.
- Supplier and Contractor management - acting as a main point of contact between stores and external vendors.
- Ensuring suppliers and contractors are approved and have demonstrated compliance with insurances, qualifications, and service agreements.
- Supporting stores through emergency situations such as fire, flood and storm damage - including occasional on-site visit to coordinate restorative works.
- Support tender and procurement process.
- Support the ESG (environment, social, governance) program, including key initiatives like Waste, solar, green building, and carbon footprint.

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Proficient in planning, problem solving, evaluation and co-ordination
- Proficient with merchandise standards & planogram management
- Excellent organisational, time management and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Co-ordination and delivery of system and process training.
- Experience in managing a large Team, both internal and external contractors or third parties.
- Ability to work and organise under pressure situations
- Ability to visualise, articulate, conceptualise or solve both complex and uncomplicated problems by making decisions that are sensible given the available information
- Exceptional written & verbal communication and editing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of products
- Previous Retail operational experience will be highly regarded
- Effective Stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of Trade management and rates.
