Facilities Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team.

This role is crucial in managing work orders, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely completion of repairs for retail outlets across Australia.

You will be responsible for efficiently allocating and managing work orders, sourcing and coordinating with skilled contractors, and overseeing maintenance projects for retail fixtures.

This position offers a unique blend of customer service, project management, and technical knowledge, allowing you to develop a diverse skill set while contributing to the smooth operation of retail infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate and manage work orders for retail store maintenance and repairs efficiently.
  • Source and coordinate with skilled contractors for various repair tasks.
  • Oversee maintenance projects for retail fixtures, including doors, shelves, and ceilings.
  • Utilize online platforms like Google Drive to track and update work orders.
  • Make outbound calls to Australian numbers for job coordination and follow-ups.
  • Ensure clear communication between internal teams and external contractors.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in facility maintenance, engineering, or project management is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of engineering, maintenance work logic, and project coordination.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with retail environments is a plus.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
