At the heart of every great healthcare facility lies a pivotal role – that of a skilled Facilities Coordinator.

This critical position ensures the efficient delivery of maintenance services, guaranteeing patient, staff, and visitor safety at all times.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining all systems, buildings, and utilities to function as required without causing any hazard or interruption.
  • Coordinating contractors' access and overseeing site inductions, permit control, and audits where necessary.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years post-trade experience in complex building maintenance services delivery in hospitals, commercial, or industrial environments.
  • Previous experience working in building maintenance with demonstrated proficiency in plans and operating manuals interpretation and use of Building Maintenance systems.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills and trade qualifications (A-grade Electrician or Qualified Plumber) with technical knowledge in building maintenance, preferably in a large Health Care Facility.
