Leadership Opportunity

A senior leadership role that focuses on driving innovation, delivering exceptional services, and making a positive impact.

You will work closely with the Regional Director to manage operational aspects of service delivery areas, including Out of Home Care, Community Services, Residential Care, Youth and Community, Quality and Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage specific service delivery areas to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive organizational success.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to achieve team goals.

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
