**Overview**: A unique and exciting opportunity for an Assistant Racing Manager to join a rapidly growing business. This role will be based in Melbourne, and I will work with a team of passionate, like-minded individuals with an ambition to positively disrupt the racing industry. This position reports into the Racing & Ownership Experience Manager at MyRacehorse Australia. With the MyRacehorse stable rapidly growing, you will play a key role in providing our owners with a world-class ownership experience. **Key Responsibilities**

**Racing & Owner Updates**:We believe that there is no greater thrill in life than racehorse ownership, and we want to take our owners on that exciting journey to receive the best ownership experience possible.
- Deliver a world-class owner update and content experience by providing insightful and timely updates across our stable of horses, giving owners the inside word from the experts
- Assist with managing the day-to-day relationships with our highly valued stables to ensure we have a comprehensive, real-time understanding of the status, progress, and future plans of our horses.
- Facilitate the ongoing delivery of our industry-leading equine welfare commitment, The Horse Super Fund. This includes assisting with horse traceability (regular check-ins after they move on from our stable) and working with our equine welfare team to assist with post-racing transition

**Raceday & Owner Experience**
- Assist in orchestrating an engaging race day experience, ensuring we have a presence on-course to provide an easy and seamless experience for owners and stables alike
- Working alongside our Racing Manager ensuring high quality and frequency of horse updates to deliver an exciting and insightful ownership journey
- Evolve our experiential and events approach, determining the right mix of events/activations for existing owners and supporting marketing initiatives
