**Description**:
Moe Racing Club is seeking a dynamic **Racing Operations & Marketing Coordinator**, ideally someone with experience in the racing industry, to lead the planning and execution of our premier raceday events.

This role is pivotal in driving engagement with key stakeholders, managing infrastructure and onsite vendors, coordinating ticketing and bookings, securing sponsorships, and identifying grant opportunities—including acquittal processes—to support club initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan and deliver raceday events and strategies to enhance attendance and engagement
Oversee infrastructure requirements and coordinate onsite vendors for racedays
Manage ticketing and bookings for racedays, including corporate events
Drive sponsorship engagement and foster relationships with sponsors and partners
Liaise with horse trainers and industry stakeholders to strengthen race participation
Engage with Racing Victoria, Country Racing, the Office of Racing, VBA, VJA and other key stakeholders
Manage all raceday event requirements, ensuring compliance with Racing Victoria regulations
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote Moe Racing Club and its events
Ensure financial accountability and budget management within racing operations

**About You**:

- Ideally, experience working within the racing industry
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders, sponsors, and trainers
- Understanding of the racing industry, including regulatory bodies and industry trends
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in event management, marketing, or racing operations
- Strong financial acumen will be highly regarded
