- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current _Provide an Emergency First Aid response_ _in an Education and Care Setting_ qualification
- Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and emergency asthma management training
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Accredited Child Protection Training

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Coordinator/Office Administrator position within a family day care or childcare setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, My Time Our Place Framework, Education and Care Services National Law (2010), and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011), Family Assistance Law (Child Care Subsidy 2018)
- Demonstrated knowledge of service's requirements of the Child Care Subsidy System

**THE ROLE**
- Provide leadership and support to FDC educators within your team in line with relevant regulations, policies and procedures
- In collaboration with the Educational Leader assist FDC educators with the development, implementation and reflection of the educational program to provide a high-quality program for all children and families
- Provide administrative duties to assist with the smooth running of the FDC Coordination Unit in line with relevant regulations, policies and procedures under the direction of the FDC Nominated Supervisor / Approved Provider
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, FDC educators, staff and management to deliver best outcomes for families and children
- Provide support to the FDC Nominated Supervisor / Approved Provider with regards to areas including enrolments, finance, Family Assistance Law compliance and CCS.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
