The primary responsibility of this position is to provide high-level administrative support to the business operations team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the system.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the business operations team by maintaining accurate records and performing routine tasks.
- E nsure waste materials entering the facility are weighed and documented accurately.
- Respond to internal and external customer service enquiries by providing timely and accurate information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of administrative processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Create and manage invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
**Requirements and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in a similar administration role with a proven track record of delivering results.
- High-level organization, accuracy, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience working with Google Chrome suite (highly desirable).
- A valid driver's license.
