The scope covers corporate functions—Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and other commercial areas—with a small number of technical hires in software and engineering.This role will suit someone who thrives in a corporate environment, can navigate senior stakeholder landscapes, and is obsessed with process excellence.
You'll travel across JAPAC to partner with regional leadership teams, driving recruitment strategies for business-critical roles.What You'll Be DoingLead end-to-end hiring for Director-level and senior appointments across corporate and commercial functions, plus occasional tech hires.Partner closely with C-suite and senior leadership across JAPAC to define hiring strategies and processes.Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-calibre leadership talent across multiple markets.Provide market insights, hiring data, and process improvements to drive efficiency and quality.Act as a credible, trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage.Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience, representing the client brand with professionalism.Qualifications8+ years' experience in senior-level recruitment (agency, RPO, or in-house).
Strong track record in corporate hiring—Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and other commercial functions.Experience with Director/VP-level hiring; exposure to occasional tech recruitment a plus.Process-obsessed—able to refine, implement, and follow best practice at scale.Excellent team player—able to integrate into a corporate environment and work across regions.Exceptional stakeholder management skills; confident working with senior leadership.Based in Sydney, with flexibility to travel across JAPAC.Nice to HaveExperience in telecoms or large-scale enterprise organisations.Familiarity with JAPAC talent markets and regional hiring challenges.Exposure to both corporate and technical recruitment.DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: ContractJob function: Human ResourcesIndustries: TelecommunicationsWhy Join This Project?
