  • Executive Search Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of executive searches from defining role requirements to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Data-Driven Consultation: Provide data-backed recommendations on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective interviewing techniques.
  • Company Research & Insights: Become an expert on our industry, competitors, and peers, providing critical research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand SaaS metrics and communicate effectively with executive-level candidates.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Engage and challenge senior leaders with clarity and brevity.
