Demonstrated track record as an experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Officer
Experience and understanding of Pronto Software
Strong written and verbal communication abilities The Company

Our client is a well-respected Water Management Expert company who have a strong presence in WA. They have grown their footprint in size and portfolio across WA which has provided them with project opportunities across a number of sectors mainly in the Design, Irrigation, Water Engineering, Maintenance, Facility Management and Sports Turf Construction

Due to recent project wins and a solid performance in past projects, they are now in the market for a driven and positive Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team.

The Position

This role will form part of the company long-term working on a variety of areas including but not limited to

Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Administration support to assist the finance department.
Handling accounts enquiries from contractors, suppliers & customers.
Payroll support functions & related matters to maintain accuracy and integrity of payroll systems
General housekeeping duties such as answering phones, receiving couriers, assist stock and inventory audits. The company have a friendly and team-orientated culture within their business where service delivery and quality are the ethos of this successful company.
