Qualifications & Experience
We are seeking a passionate, results-driven, and dynamic leader with a strong background in pubs, nightclubs, beverage, and promotions.
A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience is desired.
You should be confident in interpreting budgets, wage costs, job budgets, and reports, and capable of implementing strategies to manage costs and maximise revenue efficiently.
Must have permanent Australian work rights.
Tasks & Responsibilities
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the venue, overseeing junior managers, staff training, rostering, security, compliance, and executing promotions and functions.
Your key KPIs include driving turnover, maintaining wages, improving GP%, and positively promoting the venue to attract and retain patrons.
Proficiency with POS systems and venue management software is required.
Experience with staff scheduling and roster management systems is essential.
Must have experience managing teams of 40+ staff across multiple departments.
A proven track record in venues with $6-8M+ annual turnover is preferred.
Flexibility and availability to work a minimum of 4 nights and be present during peak trade and events are required.
