Digital Delivery Manager

The Portfolio, Operations, Design & Strategy Lab seeks to act as the gatekeeper of work intake, responsible long range planning and creating a frame work that drives UCD thinking.

What you'll do:

- Be a key member of the team, ensuring we get value to our customers efficiently. You will have phenomenal delivery leadership skills that drives confidence in both our teams and collaborators around our delivery performance and commitments
- Working with the Lead to ensure we have the right visibility, governance and escalation within the Portfolio to our stakeholders
- Accountable for continuing to ensure work in flight drives the Digital critical metrics and meets the needs of the business and customer
- Facilitate the scoping and planning sessions with wider sky teams to produce an end-to-end digital plan with the Technical PM. Working with a range of delivery partners, identify and documenting delivery dependencies
- Proactively handle any risks & issues to ensure a smooth delivery and flags to the Portfolio Lead where support is needed

What you'll bring:

- Desirable experience in delivering within multiple methodologies and frameworks, particularly agile at scale
- Experience of working on large programmes as well as small change and optimisation of backlog
- The ability to empower the team to take ownership of their deliverables clearly articulating the plan; identifying the most efficient and quickest way to release value for our customers
- A 'can do' demeanour within the Portfolio that drives and galvanizes our people around the goal
- Capable of working at both a macro and micro level; Incredible attention to detail and ability to cut through difficult scenarios to reach a resolution, fast
- A strong delivery and planning background with experience of the Software Delivery cycle in both an Agile and waterfall environment

Where you'll work:
Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

Leeds:
Our spacious tech hub is under a mile away from Leeds train station. There's plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.
