**About you**:
- Experience in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Experience in liaising with trades and company operations
- Driver's licence
**Responsibilities include**:
- Raising Purchase Orders and analysing spendings, finding sources of project overspending
- Provide administrative support with site specific safety orientations, certificates etc.
- Coordinate training of operational team with the National Training Manager
- Management of office's vehicles, tools and other resources
- Data entry of project costs in Resource Management
- Booking travel and accommodation for operations teams
- Checking and reconciling time cards for payroll
- Inventory Control and Replenishment
- Complete necessary reporting on complete projects
- Carry out administrative duties to support projects
