This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and supporting the external sales team.Your responsibilities will include :Responding to customer enquiries, providing technical support and product guidancePreparing and following up on quotes and tendersCoordinating with the external sales team to ensure seamless service deliveryMaintaining accurate records and documentationBuilding and nurturing strong, lasting client relationshipsIdentifying and achieving profitable sales opportunitiesThis is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your technical knowledge, customer service, and sales skills will be highly valued.ABOUT YOUYou are a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving problems and supporting others.
You bring :Proven experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) customer service or internal sales roles, ideally within industries such as mining, oil & gas, water, or heavy industrial sectorsKnowledge of mechanical equipment such as seals, gaskets, pumps, and valves (IDEAL)Ability to read basic engineering drawingsStrong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointBE REWARDED with an attractive Base Salary + Superannuation.
