We are seeking an individual to undertake Customer Service Review tasks on behalf of our clients.
The role involves visiting retail outlets, observing store presentation, service, selling skills and cleanliness, then completing a survey online about the experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail outlets and observe store presentation, service, selling skills and cleanliness.
- Complete a survey online about the experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and good memory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliability and flexibility.
- Access to the internet.
