Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our organisation at our site located north of the river in Perth, AU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and resolution of customer queries
  • Process sales orders for customers, including repeat and new orders
  • Communicate with production teams and sales teams regarding expected delivery times
  • Manage customer order and delivery protocols to ensure accurate and efficient processing
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry pertaining to sales orders
  • Collate and generate quality reports as required
  • Support the warehouse function with invoicing and courier bookings

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm
