Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to visitor inquiries, assist callers over the phone, and ensure the reception area is always well-maintained.
- Coordinate Travel Arrangements: Arrange taxis for guests as needed, in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain Office Environment: Ensure the staff kitchen amenities are tidy, replenish stock, order stationery, and maintain stationery supplies.
- Support Events and Catering: Assist with event planning and catering requirements as necessary.
Requirements:
- High-Quality Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with visitors and colleagues.
- Presentation and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate high levels of presentation and organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Have basic knowledge of computer systems, including Google and Gmail, and be familiar with the Alcatel switchboard system (desired).
