
Portfolio Administrator

The Portfolio Administrator will be key to maintaining coordination and transparency across all projects and programs within the Global Program Delivery team. The Portfolio Administrator will assist Program Managers to complete project status and financial reporting in a consistent way across the portfolio and will assist them in scheduling tasks. The Portfolio Administrator will work closely with the Vice President, Global Program Delivery to create consolidated reporting that will provide transparency and lower delivery risk across all projects.
This is non-ongoing role for 12 months.
**The key responsibilities of the role include**:
- Work with Project Managers to capture project status in a standard format
- Work with Project Managers to provide project and portfolio resource and financial estimates in a standardized format
- Work with Project Managers to capture key schedule dates and dependencies, and maintain a current master schedule of internal and external dependencies, release dates, and deliverable dates
- Interface with departments receiving reporting to understand their needs
- Work closely with the Vice President, Global Program Delivery and Program Directors to create consolidated reporting that provides transparency to the organisation on the current status of the portfolio, as well as future requirements and plans
About you

- Qualifications in Project Management, Scheduling, Administration, and related skills will be well regarded
- Minimum 5 years Project Administration and/or Schedule Management experience
- Skills and experience in creating new processes and templates will be well regarded
- Experience in a Research and Development or a Software Development environment will be helpful
- A proactive self-starter who loves organising information and working across a range of projects will thrive in this position
