Property Portfolio Manager

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties in Central Canberra, tailored to individual experience and skills.
  • Establish effective communication channels with landlords and tenants to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Rental arrears management through proactive strategies and timely interventions.
  • Coordinate the completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports to maintain accurate records.
  • Regularly review rent and lease agreements to optimize property utilization and tenant satisfaction.
  • Achieve set performance targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Prior experience in Property Management is essential for success in this role.
  • Holding a current Certificate of Registration and valid Driver's Licence is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated exceptional organizational and time management skills are crucial for meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills can provide valuable support when needed.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations, such as the Residential Tenancies Act, is necessary for making informed decisions.
