Job Description
As a Risk Culture Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and strengthening risk culture across the organization. This involves working closely with the Risk Culture & Conduct team to deliver annual risk culture assessments, behavioral assessments, and translating insights into meaningful actions that shape the culture and meet regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of group and divisional risk culture assessments
Conduct behavioral assessments such as focus groups
Analyze and synthesize data to identify cultural themes and risk behaviors
Translate insights into clear, actionable presentations and frameworks
Collaborate across departments to enable effective action planning
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a collaborative environment. A background in a relevant field, combined with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, is essential for success in this role.
