The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing risk strategies that add value to our organization.
About the Opportunity:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Group Risk Management Framework, encompassing policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Establish and monitor operational and change-related risk processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
- Assess and report on risk mitigation strategies and industry best practices, providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Manage audits and health checks to ensure alignment with risk management standards and regulatory requirements.
- Influence and support leaders in adopting effective risk, change, and resilience strategies, driving cultural transformation and organizational growth.
- Tertiary qualification in risk management or a related field, such as business administration or finance.
- 8+ years' experience in risk management, ideally with post-graduate studies and a strong background in strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinking with commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset, capable of driving innovation and growth within a fast-paced environment.
