- As the
**D&I and Talent Insights Specialist **you play a crucial role in supporting Crown's diversity and inclusion initiatives and talent management strategies. The position is responsible for conducting data analysis, providing insights, and supporting the development and implementation of talent management programs to foster an inclusive and diverse workforce. You will work closely with the People and Culture team hiring managers and the D&I and Talent team as a specialist.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to diversity and inclusion metrics, talent acquisition, employee demographics, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support evidence-based decision-making and measure progress towards diversity and talent management goals.
- Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and diversity-related regulations to ensure compliance and proactively address any emerging issues.
- Conduct analysis to identify current and future talent gaps within the organization. Support the development of workforce planning strategies and succession management programs to ensure a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Provide analytical support by identifying trends, benchmarks, and best practices to inform strategy development and measure the impact of diversity and inclusion initiatives

**Key selection criteria**:

- Proven experience as a business analyst, talent analyst, or HR analyst, with a focus on diversity and inclusion and talent management, preferably within a large organization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, statistical software, or data visualization tools
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion concepts, best practices, and current trends in the workplace (talent management strategies and practices is advantageous)
- Excellent research skills to gather and analyze data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, demonstrating diplomacy and cultural sensitivity
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
