- The role will contribute to the design of programs, initiatives, policies and procedures and focus on delivery of these initiatives with an emphasis on engagement, communication, event and project management. Advising on the latest emerging Diversity and Inclusion trends they will enable us to build capability and strategic direction of the broader Crown D&I Programs.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Develop and maintain knowledge of the labor market, adjusting various sourcing techniques appropriate to role and target market and constantly review them for cost and effectiveness
- Understand Business Unit roles and operations and ensure that all aspects of employee relations, including grievance handling and discipline are effectively managed
- Coach and supporting Line Managers, Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering teams around consistent, valid and culturally sensitive selection techniques as well as culturally effective and fair management practices
- Provide administrative support to allocated Employee Reference Groups
- Provide SME guidance to Employee Reference Groups on best practices
- Spearhead research in the area of D&I
- Support the Group Head of D&I and Talent on various programs and assist with any other adhoc queries as required

**Key selection criteria**:

- Demonstrated working or lived experience in areas of Diversity and Inclusion
- A real passion to contribute to and enrich Diversity & Inclusion at Crown
- Excellent program and stakeholder management skills
- Strong research analytics and report writing skills
- Exposure to recruitment or within a People & Culture function would be advantageous
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma qualified in Human Resources or a related field
