We're now seeking a TA Insights & Reporting Specialist to join our growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team supporting our client.
In this role, you'll turn data into actionable insights – shaping recruitment strategies, improving processes, and helping our client attract the right talent in the right way.
What you'll do Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports against KPIs.
Analyse recruitment data to spot trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Track talent pipeline health, diversity metrics, budgets, and invoicing.
Deliver labour market and competitor analysis to guide sourcing strategies.
User tools like PowerBI and LinkedIn Talent Insights to provide market intelligence.
Partner with recruitment and HR leaders to align insights with business goals.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives with data-backed recommendations.
What you'll bring Strong experience in recruitment analytics, workforce reporting, or market insights.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills: PowerBI (or similar) is a plus.
Ability to interpret and present data clearly for different audiences.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Experience in mining or heavy industry is advantageous.
Qualifications in HR, business, or analytics are welcomed but not essential.
