As our fund continues to go from strength to strength, we are looking for exceptionally passionate Compliance people to join our business. In this newly created Reportable Incident Specialist role, you will be responsible for the effective and timely investigation and assessment of compliance incidents and reporting of breaches or reportable situations to regulators.

In this role, you will:

- Maintain the documentation of HESTA's compliance assessment processes
- Ensure incidents are investigated and assessed for reportability within regulatory timeframes
- Manage and uplift the process to submit breach or reportable situation reports and updates to relevant regulators
- Manage and uplift HESTA's breach register
- Identify, prioritise, and execute opportunities for improvement to HESTA's compliance assessment processes
- Assess incidents, develop and document an investigation strategy, submit reportable breaches, and contribute to the preparation of internal reports.

**About you**
You will have:

- In depth knowledge of superannuation fund operations and regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding of the Australian superannuation regulatory and legislative environment
- Previously worked in incident management within superannuation for regulatory and legislative matters relating to ASIC, APRA and OAIC.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the requirements for breach assessment and reporting for an Australian superannuation fund
- Be inquisitive and curious by nature with strong investigative experience
- Be detailed in your approach with strong stakeholder management, excellent communication and time management, and have a continuous improvement mindset.
- Exceptional PowerPoint & Excel skills
