**Your Opportunity**:
**The position of Team Leader, POLOs and Revenue Control will**:
Supervise the CHQ Patient Option Liaison Officers & Revenue Control team, including monitoring staff workloads against KPIs and support them to deliver a customer-focused service.
Assist the Revenue Manager, Revenue Control to develop and implement effective work practices, processes, controls and systems that allows for compliant own source revenue to be captured, in respect of the abovementioned functions
Provide technical expertise in reviewing or responding to queries escalated to you from POLOs involving public patients that have been converted to private status where anomalies are identified.
Provide training and ongoing support to the POLO and Revenue Control teams to increase awareness of own source revenue initiatives including patient election processes, funding agreements and identification of all potential patient revenue.
