Our client, an established government agency, are currently seeking an experienced
**Program Coordinator **who
***should be confident in managing multiple stakeholders and excellent in Reporting
***to be based in
**Sydney on** a
**12-month contract**.
As the Program Coordinator you will be responsible for performing portfolio and program management support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality co-ordination and management of services and ICT/digital program/projects in line with established objectives.
**To be considered for this role you should have experience in**:
- Experience in providing high level project co-ordination and support to highly complex and large technical ICT/digital projects in a large and complex service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes proven knowledge and capability in maintaining project schedules, risk and issues registers, identifying and seeking mitigation of potential or actual project issues.
- Highly developed organizational skills and experience working through project portfolios in a high-volume professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
**Some Key Accountabilities of the Role Are**:
- Provide a range of project management and support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established agency project management methodology
- Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans.
- Assist in coordinating the maintenance, completion and reporting of all project and program documentation, negotiating with work streams and stakeholders to ensure reporting of projects and programs is completed within the organisation and business governance frameworks.
This role is paying market rates - depending on skills and experience.
