**About the Position**

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Manager, Talent & Attraction will be responsible for leading, delivering, monitoring, and managing Council's talent and attraction agenda to enable a positive, productive capable, high-performing workforce within a diverse and inclusive organisation of over 9,000 employees. The Manager, Talent & Attraction will work within a passionate, well-established Branch who are undergoing a significant business transformation; this role will be accountable for helping build and mature a contemporary people and culture function which will enable efficient and effective service delivery across all areas of Council in a responsible and sustainable way. Key to your success will be operational and strategic gains in the areas of talent management and remuneration and benefits leadership.
