- They will build relationships with local churches, community groups, and partner organisations to increase volunteer engagement.
- A strong onboarding and support process for volunteers is crucial, and the successful candidate will manage this effectively.
- Collaboration with program leaders to forecast volunteer needs and improve retention is also a key aspect of this role.
- The person we are looking for will assist the People and Culture team with workforce data analysis and reporting, providing valuable insights into volunteer and workforce trends.
- They will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition.
- The successful candidate will have experience in recruitment, volunteer coordination, or HR analytics.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential for this role.
- Confidence working with data and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc) is also required.
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities is vital.
