Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and implement strategic volunteer attraction initiatives across our aged care and community programs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships with local churches, community groups, and partner organizations to drive volunteer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement volunteer attraction strategies across aged care and community programs
  • Build relationships with local churches, community groups, and partner organizations
  • Manage onboarding and support processes for volunteers
  • Collaborate with program leaders to forecast volunteer needs and improve retention
Data Insights & Support
  • Assist the People and Culture team with workforce data analysis and reporting
  • Provide insights into volunteer and workforce trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Support the development of dashboards and tools to track recruitment and engagement metrics
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition
Requirements
  • Experience in recruitment, volunteer coordination, or HR analytics
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Confidence working with data and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc)
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
