Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in:
- Vendor Management: Building and maintaining relationships with third-party labor hire providers, ensuring effective contract review and negotiation;
- Onboarding Coordination: Ensuring seamless employee onboarding experiences;
- International Employee Support: Providing support and guidance to international employees during their employment journey;
- Documentation Management: Administering employment contracts and onboarding documents;
- Talent Pool Development: Developing and maintaining a pipeline of top talent;
- Brand Promotion: Representing the organisation at career fairs, schools, TAFEs and other educational facilities to enhance brand awareness;
- Data-Driven Insights: Providing actionable advice and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis, market trends and recruitment strategies;

About You

We seek a proactive and enthusiastic professional who is passionate about Talent Acquisition and enjoys creating processes from the ground up. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • End-to-end recruitment experience with a varied portfolio
  • Experience in a similar role ideally within a complex organisation
  • An inquisitive mindset with a drive for process improvement
  • The ability to work in ambiguous situations and take new challenges head-on
