
Attracting Top Talent Specialist

In this strategic position, you will make a significant contribution to developing innovative talent attraction strategies that increase talent pipelines and align with the organization's workforce plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordination of public information and promotional activities both in-person and online.
- Collaboration with internal teams on targeted recruitment content for publication.
- Building capability in the Talent Acquisition Group through key attraction initiatives.
- Analysis of attraction activity and provision of insights to assist with recruitment planning.
- Review and update of attraction material to ensure compliance with guidelines and policies.
- Proactive research into new ways to improve talent attraction strategies.
- Compilation of regular reports on talent pipelines and outcomes achieved from attraction strategies.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- Experience using various attraction methods, preferably gained in a medium to large organization.
- Effective interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated written communication and research skills.
- The ability to think outside the box and resolve attraction issues.
- Prioritization and coordination of activities in a team environment to meet deadlines.
This role requires occasional travel. Applications remain active for 12 months.
