Talent Attraction Role

In this strategic position, you will make a significant contribution to developing innovative talent attraction strategies that increase talent pipelines and align with the organization's workforce plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of public information and promotional activities both in-person and online.
  • Collaboration with internal teams on targeted recruitment content for publication.
  • Building capability in the Talent Acquisition Group through key attraction initiatives.
  • Analysis of attraction activity and provision of insights to assist with recruitment planning.
  • Review and update of attraction material to ensure compliance with guidelines and policies.
  • Proactive research into new ways to improve talent attraction strategies.
  • Compilation of regular reports on talent pipelines and outcomes achieved from attraction strategies.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Experience using various attraction methods, preferably gained in a medium to large organization.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated written communication and research skills.
  • The ability to think outside the box and resolve attraction issues.
  • Prioritization and coordination of activities in a team environment to meet deadlines.

This role requires occasional travel. Applications remain active for 12 months.
