About Your RoleYou will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing room bookings and telehealth services while maintaining accurate records.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide reception support to patients, carers and visitors.
- Coordinate appointments and manage room bookings and telehealth services.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in relevant systems.
- Prepare documents, minutes, filing, mailing and other general administrative tasks.
- Cover temporary staff absences across teams where necessary.
- A skilled administrator with strong front-line reception and administration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills with tact and diplomacy.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative to make sound decisions in day-to-day tasks.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn hospital administration systems.
- Commitment to patient care and a respectful approach to diverse individuals.
