We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team.
Job Description
Data Strategy:
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in providing data strategy and design recommendations based on data maturity diagnostics. You will work closely with our clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their unique business needs.
Digital Technology:
You will be responsible for developing digital technology strategies, including investment recommendations. This will involve conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify the most effective solutions for our clients.
Project Implementation:
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead digital project implementation through stakeholder management and scope coordination. You will work collaboratively with our clients to ensure successful project delivery and exceed their expectations.
Client Reports:
You will develop key client data insight reports to drive enhanced portfolio performance and management. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will enable you to provide actionable insights that inform our clients' business decisions.
Management Systems:
You will develop program/portfolio management systems to improve delivery reporting and control. This will involve designing and implementing effective systems that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Data Management:
As a Senior Consultant, you will deploy enhanced data management frameworks and manage increased levels of data competency across organisations. Your expertise in data management will enable you to develop and implement robust data governance policies that protect our clients' sensitive information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting, business management, project management, or information technology.
Good understanding of business improvement approaches, including business process re-engineering, system development, change management, and other relevant techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiastic, with the ability to work autonomously and strong problem-solving and consulting skills.
Strong stakeholder management experience, working in teams across multiple clients.
