**THE ROLE**

Our **Power Projects **Team is growing rapidly, so we seek a motivated and capable **Civil Supervisor **to join us on a 10:4 roster. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will manage frontline work personnel and supervise civil projects. The role involves delivering high-quality HV substation project services to our clients across **Queensland **and providing supervision & coordination as required.
- Some of the key responsibilities include: _
- Supervise civil works, such as earthworks, footing systems, drainage, cable accommodation systems, roadworks, fencing, and gravel surfacing.
- Site construction activities include demolition, working at heights, confined spaces, and near live parts.
- Coordinate resources to fulfil project plan and outage requirements.
- Manage QA and ensure safety standards are adhered to according to Zero Harm protocols.
- Efficient organisation and supervision of people, plant and machinery resources

**ABOUT YOU**
- Cert III or Cert IV in Civil Construction or equivalent and a track record of working as a supervisor on civil construction, road infrastructure, bulk earthworks or similar.
- Experience working on HV substations is an advantage.
