About the Role
As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site civil works, ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
You will be the key link between the project management team and the on-site crews, ensuring all work is executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on a large-scale roads project.
Manage and liaise with sub-contractors to ensure their work aligns with project goals and safety standards.
Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate daily site records, including progress reports, safety logs, and quality checks.
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor, specifically on roads projects.
Demonstrated expertise in sub-contractor management.
In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A valid driver's license and relevant industry certifications (e.g., White Card).
