CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds.
Together we have created the first open front-to-back platform – State Street Alpha, launched in 2019.
This role focuses on delivery, customer success, and opportunities to support business development throughout the sales process.What You Will Be Responsible ForClient Work: Own client engagement and program management of Professional Services deploymentManage customer relationship throughout ICSGuide customer to decisions / consensus and drive to deadlines assertivelyLead requirements gathering with customer to ensure successful configuration specific to needsDesign ideal deployment outcomes for client with heavy focus on end visuals in Business Intelligence for client use in reporting / analysisDefine deployment options for customer and outline key advantages / disadvantagesCoordinate individual Business Managers responsible for various elements of customer integrationDeliver final configuration to customer and complete onboardingEstablish plan for Organization Change Management (OCM) within the customer organization, including leading Live Training and supporting post-ICS adoption phases with Account ManagerBusiness Development: Sales / MarketingIdentify areas for other Software or Services within current customers through ICS engagementsWhat We Value2+ years' experience implementing SaaS solution to private markets, i-banks, or Fortune 500Experience in Private Credit / Debt, Infrastructure investments, Private Equity, Fund / Portfolio ManagementExperience leading change management efforts across large enterprises (50+ people across regions)Ability to communicate equally effectively from C-level to entry level employeesStrong interpersonal skills to manage client relationshipsAnalytical with strong problem-solving skillsProcess efficient with heavy attention to detailAbility to proactively seek solutions and ways to improve performanceExperience working with Business Intelligence dashboards / data modeling highly preferredExperience delivering corporate training, proof-of-concepts, and promoting software usage preferredEducation & Preferred QualificationsDegree in finance or business preferredCAIA or CFA designation highly preferredAdditional RequirementsAbility to travel as required for customer engagements (~ 30%), including internationallyAdaptability and desire to work in fast-paced, changing environmentAbout State StreetState Street is one of the largest custodian banks, asset managers and asset intelligence companies in the world.
