**Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include:

- Ensuring time frames for budget completion and budget checks are adhered to
- Ensuring processes, systems and checks are in place to provide budget accuracy
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and contractors
- Responding to internal and external queries within required time-frames
- Ensuring files are of a high standard and compliant with criteria set by the company
- The upkeep and entry of all relevant client information and communication
A bright and energetic self starter, you will have the ability to work under mínimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have a demonstrated skill in taking initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.
