Digital Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing leader to drive our digital growth efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across Australia and global markets.

About the Job

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Establish thought leadership and messaging to differentiate us in the SaaS market.
  • Leverage multiple channels to scale demand generation, including SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
  • Promote pipeline alignment between sales and marketing teams.
  • Design and implement advocacy programs to showcase client success stories.
  • Analyse data and ROI to refine marketing strategies.
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
  • A proven track record of scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, managing small, high-impact teams.
  • A strategic yet hands-on approach, comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, simplifying complex SaaS products into compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset, with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
