About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused individual to lead the operations of our Student Hub.
As the Manager, Student Hub, you will coordinate day-to-day activities, ensure seamless delivery of student services, and foster a welcoming and efficient environment for all students.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the Student Hub.
Lead the team responsible for managing and responding to student enquiries across all tiers, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Ensure the provision of expert course advice and support to students.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Schools and other key service areas to support students to enrol and progress through their studies.
Monitor service delivery standards and implement improvements where necessary.
Supervise and support Student Hub staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
About You
Proven experience in student services or a similar administrative environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A commitment to delivering exceptional student experiences.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage competing priorities.
Knowledge of university systems and processes is highly desirable.
Salary and Location
$136,958 to $143,228 p.a. (HEW 9).
Ongoing, Full-time.
Joondalup and Mount Lawley (City Campus from 2026), Bunbury Campus.
Open to Australian or New Zealand citizens or Australian permanent residents.
