Business Operations Manager

Drive strategic projects to deliver real change improvement across the Australia brand portfolio.

This role will play a key part in developing and implementing business strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure optimisation and alignment across the business to drive long-term success.

The successful candidate will have an unwavering passion for project management and be a go-getter with a winning mindset. A Bachelor of Project Management or similar certification would be preferred.

A proven track record in managing multiple large-scale projects in a corporate setting is required. Excellent project management skills are essential, including the ability to initiate projects, work independently and flexibly, build consensus among team members, manage competing priorities, and meet project deadlines.

Key responsibilities include developing business improvement strategies, driving operational efficiency, supporting the leadership team to develop business strategy, identifying priority projects and performance improvement opportunities, and ensuring each project meets business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels and within a wide variety of disciplines. Strong financial and commercial understanding and focus are also essential.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimisation and alignment across the business
  • Manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines
