**THE ROLE**
We are currently looking for a Full Time Scheduling Officer with capacity to work 76 hours per fortnight between 7:00am
- 5:00pm as required.
$60,000 salaried
Based in Newcastle, the Scheduling Officer has responsibility to assist the community service teams with their scheduling responsibilities. In addition, a key part of the role is to provide high level, quality and consistent customer service to stakeholders ensuring that scheduling is a friendly, welcoming and professional experience for our employees.

**THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2 years' experience scheduling/rostering employees or relevant experience;
- Demonstrated ability to use databases, Microsoft office programs, and rostering software;
- Demonstrated experience interpreting Awards, ensuring rostering compliance, industrial instruments and roster optimization;
- Ability to work a rotating roster between the hours of 7am - 5pm; and
