Job Description\

As a Scheduling Officer, you will play a key role in coordinating rosters and supporting our services. In this part-time capacity, you will be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring scheduling compliance.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual who can effectively coordinate employee schedules, manage competing demands, and provide exceptional customer service.

\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • \
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the scheduling of employees or relevant experience\
  • Demonstrated ability to use databases and Microsoft office suite programs, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel\
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting awards, ensuring scheduling compliance, industrial instruments, and roster optimisation\
  • Demonstrated experience or commitment to customer service focus\
  • Excellent verbal communication skills\
  • Able to work a rotating roster\
  • Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks and work independently\
  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and teamwork skills\
  • Understanding of WHS responsibilities\
  • Proven ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment\
  • Highly developed teamwork skills\
  • Demonstrated positive communication and conflict resolution skills\
  • Current driver's license\
  • NDIS worker screening clearance\
  • Current Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children)\
  • National Police Check (we will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)\
