
Employee Scheduler

As a Scheduling Officer, you will play a key role in coordinating rosters and supporting our services. In this part-time capacity, you will be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring scheduling compliance.
\We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual who can effectively coordinate employee schedules, manage competing demands, and provide exceptional customer service.
\Required Skills and Qualifications\- \
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the scheduling of employees or relevant experience\
- Demonstrated ability to use databases and Microsoft office suite programs, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel\
- Demonstrated experience interpreting awards, ensuring scheduling compliance, industrial instruments, and roster optimisation\
- Demonstrated experience or commitment to customer service focus\
- Excellent verbal communication skills\
- Able to work a rotating roster\
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks and work independently\
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and teamwork skills\
- Understanding of WHS responsibilities\
- Proven ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment\
- Highly developed teamwork skills\
- Demonstrated positive communication and conflict resolution skills\
- Current driver's license\
- NDIS worker screening clearance\
- Current Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children)\
- National Police Check (we will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)\
