**Support Worker Wanted - Energetic, Outdoorsy & Mental Health Aware**

Do you thrive in the great outdoors, love staying active, and bring positive energy to everything you do? We're looking for a vibrant Support Worker with experience in disability and mental health who enjoys a sporty lifestyle and wants to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.

**About the Role**

You'll be supporting a participant who loves being out and about—whether it's going for a walk, playing sports, swimming, attending community events, or simply enjoying the sunshine. Your role is to provide tailored, person-centred support that encourages independence, builds confidence, and promotes wellbeing—while having fun along the way

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Supporting outdoor, recreational, and community-based activities
- Encouraging engagement, participation, and social connections
- Providing companionship and building positive routines
- Assisting with day-to-day tasks (as needed)
- Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

**We're Looking for Someone Who Is**
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and active
- Friendly, patient, and empathetic
- Experienced in supporting people with disability and mental health needs
- Reliable and committed to providing consistent, high-quality support
- A genuine team player with a positive outlook

**Bonus Points If You**
- Have experience in sports, recreation, or outdoor activities
- Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a car
- Hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR, & relevant qualifications
