**Who We're Looking For**
We're seeking experienced **female support workers** who:
- Have a strong background in mental health and psychosocial support
- Are confident managing challenging behaviours and complex cases
- Understand trauma-informed care and know how to build rapport with empathy
- Have excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Are reliable, adaptable, and committed to empowering others
**Essential Requirements**:
- Minimum 12 months support work experience (mental health focused)
- Certificate III or IV in Mental Health / Community Services (or similar)
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR
- Current driver's license + reliable vehicle
- Willing to travel across Box Hill area and surrounding suburbs

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
