We are seeking a compassionate and detail-orientated Emergency Relief Administrator to join our team and act as the first point of contact for individuals seeking support.
You will play a vital role in assessing needs, providing appropriate assistance and connecting participants with services that promote long-term wellbeing.
What will a typical day look like?
Assess ER applications with care and empathy.
Decide support levels based on guidelines and funding rules.
Offer culturally respectful support and connect people to services.
Promote financial independence and resilience.
Track spending accurately and stay within budget.
Mandatory Requirements: Certificate III in Business Administration, Financial Services, , Community Services, or equivalent and 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Demonstrated experience working within a high-performance framework where you are accountable for KPIs on program delivery and outcomes, within a face-paced solutions focussed environment.
Effective time management and organisational skills.
A strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.
