**Responsibilities**
- Educate customers on best practices in implementation of EmpLive
- Estimate work effort and communicate with Project Managers, customers and stakeholders on project status
- Conduct discovery workshops for requirement gathering
- Gather and document customer-specific needs and communicate information to WFS project teams
- Partner with all WFS internal teams during project phases to ensure a successful customer implementation
- Assist customers with software testing along with roll out and go-live activities such as data loads and system initialisation
- Conduct web-based and on-site customer solution training workshops
- Become familiar with aspects of labour laws and how they impact employers and their employees
- Attend WFS training courses and undertake self-learning as required to further develop the skills and knowledge necessary for continued success
**Travel**
- Up to 25 %
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of consulting experience in implementing a WFM or HCM SaaS product or software implementation experience
- Logical and technical mindset that can analyse problems and identify root causes
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with business process improvement
- Knowledgeable and understands software implementation principles and lifecycle
- Demonstrates technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapt to new circumstances
- Ability to work on a dynamic, customer-focused team and establish excellent working relationships
- Committed to exceptional customer experiences and business improvement
- Effectively manage multiple customer projects
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance, preferred
- Ability to work in Australia is compulsory
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
