**About the role**:
Our rapidly growing Management Consultancy firm is looking for a Sales and Pipeline Analyst.
You will be working in a varied role that sees you as the central point of contact for our leadership team giving transparency across our marketing and sales master data - everything from management of sales metrics to management of panel arrangements. This pivotal role will work closely with the Managing Partner and Director of Talent to ensure our sales pipeline is supported with the appropriate resources and lead times.
**Supporting sales and business development**
- Proposal writing
- Supporting proposal assembly with leadership team
- Tender submission
- Management of Panel arrangements and compliance of these panels
**Sales operation management**
- Management of sales opportunities in CRM (leads through to opportunities)
- Analysis of sales data and reporting against key performance indicators
- Working with leadership team to maintain pipeline and integrity of this data
- Cleaning and management of sales and marketing master data
**Pipeline management support**
- Understanding of talent mix and various proposal requirements
- Building resource management view
- Allocation of resources for hiring or distribution of staff working closely with Talent and recruitment team to mobilize resources
**About you**:
- Highly desirable or 1 to 3 years in a similar role
- Highly desirable - prior sales experience in professional services industry
- Strong creative writing skills and ability to translate technical information into a clearly articulated and persuasive writing and craft a clear communicative message.
- Familiarity with word and powerpoint to** produce good artifacts**:
- **Data aware**:
- understanding basic financial calculations through to basic Excel functions
- Knowledge of or ability to pick up new systems - Cloud SaaS System (CRM; concepts around CRM Entities; PSA systems)
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to a changing and flexible work environment.
- Good team member - ability to collaborate with Leadership team through to our Operational team as a pivotal role in the sales and planning process
- Organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.
