Check out our website for more about working at Simpro Group *************************************************************************** JobThe Senior Sales Operations Analyst partners with Sales Leaders, by providing timely analytics, business insights and operational changes that drive successful performance against established KPI's.What You'll DoBe a trusted business advisor for sales leaders, driving operational rigor, go-to-market planning and executionProvide timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales resultsOwn business inspections, root cause and corrective actions, weekly "run-the-business" meetings and quarterly business reviewsOwn modeling and implementation of sales territories and quota settingIdentify operational issues and collaborate with cross functional teams to design solutions to make business flow better for the sales teamsEnsure system integrity in Salesforce and make recommendations for enhancements to improve efficiency, processes, consistency and reporting.Provide operational support as needed.
Example: troubleshooting sales systems, providing information, guidance and training to staff.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent a plusProven experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical roleStrong proficiency in Clari, Salesforce (Sales Cloud), Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIProven experience with sales analytics, forecasting, pipeline management, and territory/quota planningDemonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insightsExperience supporting senior sales leadership with reporting, business reviews, and strategic planningStrong communication and presentation skills; able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and ITHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with sales compensation design or systems (e.g., Xactly) is a plusStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and a passion for process improvementCore values required of all Simpro, AroFlo, BigChange & ClockShark employees:While experience in the above areas will be highly considered, it's important to note it will be secondary to the person with the right determination, attitude and compatibility.
